SpeedVAC 100 Collator
The 10-station SpeedVAC 100 collator features a patented rotary-pulse vacuum feed system, providing flawless feeding on virtually any stock, at speeds up to 10,000 sets per hour. The system is expandable from one to six towers, with the ability to run the system in both directions at full rated speed. All system controls are centralized on the simple but powerful icon-based touch-screen console. Accessories include single and dual-pile stackers, joggers, stitchers and the Standard Horizon SPF-20 series bookletmakers, offering professional-quality results with high levels of automation for quick, simple changeovers.

Stitchliner 5500
The Standard Horizon StitchLiner bridges the production gap between existing flat sheet collating / bookletmaking systems and conventional high-volume saddlestitching lines. Offset or digitally printed flat-sheet signatures are fed from the Standard Horizon SpeedVAC collator to produce true saddlestitched booklets with full bleed trimming, at speeds up to 11,000 two-up booklets per hour. Professionally finished booklets up to 200 pages (50 sheets) are fully comparable with booklets produced by traditional saddlestitchers. Can also be equipped with the HOF high-speed sheet feeder for digitally collated output (up to 27,000 sheets per hour) with guaranteed document integrity using mark, bar code, or CCD camera verification.

ST-60 Dual Delivery Offset Stacker
The Standard Horizon ST-60 Dual Delivery Offset Stacker automatically diverts collated sets to a second stacker when one stacker is full, allowing continuous production and easy unloading. The ST-60 takes full advantage of the collating productivity of the SpeedVAC, with the ability to offset stack up to 8,000 sets per hour.

BQ-270 Perfect Binder
The BQ-270 features high-quality production perfect binding with fully-automated operation and push-button simplicity. The BQ-270 single-clamp binder is designed for single-person production of up to 500 books per hour, and requires minimal operator training. Standard features include an intelligent touch-screen control console, newly-developed adhesive application and side-gluing system, automatic air-suction cover feeding with in-line scoring, job programming, and same-location loading and unloading for easier single-person operation. The BQ-270, with its state-of-the-art design, compact configuration, and full automation, is positioned to meet the demands of the short-run, print-on-demand book market.
